VALENOVA WAVE
This treatment begins by awakening your muscular and lymphatic system through the rhythmical tapping of rubberized drumsticks along the back of the body. Your therapist gently glides their forearms over your body creating a rhythmical, wave-like effect. The Valenova scent is infused with warmed holly oil and applied with the therapist’s forearms. This treatment relieves tension, eases tired muscles and leaves one in a tranquil state of mind.

REFLEXOLOGY FOOT CARE TREATMENT
We start with our signature foot soak to help eliminate toxins. An organic scrub is applied to the feet. In a comfortable reclined position, we introduce custom colour therapy and place a warm flaxseed and lavender compress under the neck and over the eyes.
We continue with nail clipping and filing, with attention to cuticles and removal of excess dry skin. Reflexology is applied using pressure points on the feet and hands, creating a release of tension and pressure throughout the body.
The treatment is completed with an expert application of nail polish. The nail file, foot file and polish are yours to take home.
1-˝ hours ~ $140
VALENOVA DRY BRUSH
We start with a foot soak and colour therapy. We then continue with lymphatic movements using a dry brush to help rid the body of toxins and exfoliate the skin. This is followed by aromatic steamed towels, then an organic scrub applied by hand using lymphatic movements. A quick rinse, then a full body application with hydrating cream.
1-1/4 hours ~ $120

VALENOVA ACUPUNCTURE FACIAL
This signature treatment includes the use of colour therapy, therapeutic touch, tuning forks, lymphatic drainage, specialized eye ampoule to reduce redness/puffiness and acupuncture.
On average, people who receive cosmetic acupuncture require 10-12 initial treatments and benefit from seasonal updates. This technique offers the following benefits:
- increases collagen production
- softens and smoothes wrinkles
- brings colour to the cheeks, defines cheek bones, tightens a double chin
- creates an overall younger appearance and increased sense of well-being
2 hours ~ $245
VALENOVA STONE WRAP Our signature immune-boosting and uplifting Valenova Stone Wrap! We start with a foot soak and colour therapy. Using Basalt stones, we then apply a mixture of organic St. John's Wort, Echinacea, Lemon, Sage, Spruce and Goat's Milk lotion. While you are comfortably wrapped, we apply a moisturizing application to face, scalp, and feet. Once unwrapped, a quick rinse in the shower is followed by an immune-boosting beverage.

VALENOVA HAND CARE TREATMENT
A complete manicure followed by an organic scrub containing honey, dead sea salts and goat's milk powder. A Dr. Hauschka biodynamic hydrating mask is massaged into the hands and arms up to your elbows.
We finish with an application of Mavala nail polish, a non-toxic product imported from Switzerland. You take home the bottle of polish.
3/4 hour ~ $55
VALENOVA FOOT CARE TREATMENT
Your treatment begins with a customized foot soak using Dr. Hauschka bath oils and an organic scrub containing honey, dead sea salts and goat's milk powder. Once lying down on the treatment table, we cover you with a blanket and apply customized colour therapy to enhance your mood and overall state of being. While you are lying down a warm flaxseed and lavender compress is placed under your neck and over your eyes.
A complete pedicure is provided followed by a biodynamic Dr. Hauschka hydrating mask. This is massaged into your feet and lower legs. Your feet are then wrapped with a hot lavender compress.
We finish with an application of Mavala nail polish, a non-toxic product imported from Switzerland. You take home the bottle of polish and foot file.

VALENOVA LYMPHATIC & SCALP TREATMENT
This treatment starts with a foot soak using biodynamic oils. Then lying down, you'll enjoy energy work, colour therapy, lymphatic drainage and a scalp treatment using Need oil to promote healing and hair growth.
Beneficial for:
- Those needing an immune boost to prepare for the change of seasons, undergoing cancer treatments or dealing with respiratory challenges such as asthma
Those going through menopause or experiencing hair loss.
Prevention and treatment of headaches, migraines, head and neck tension. It allows the oxygen to flow freely throughout the brain and thereby helps prevent symptoms like headaches.
