Just steps away is one of Ontario's oldest courses, The Port Hope Golf & Country Club. Established in 1859, this semi-private Scottish links course is a par 66/67. 
The course winds through the grounds of the historic
Penryn Park mansion, a popular spot for weddings and social events. Set atop the bluffs of Lake Ontario, almost every hole offers specatular lake views. 

Most golfers choose to take a powercart since the back nine holes are quite steep. The club house offers light
casual fare and there is a roaming beverage cart for
during the game.
